I got the game but it wont load up on my computer It keeps freezing up and it kicks out in the install. I can't post in the forum or when I check for problems they talk about vista.

It's probably not vista, I have vista and my sim city society game works perfectly fine. Unless you are talking about the game freezing when you make a large city because I think it happens to everyone. Maybe it's your graphics card or memory or something that isn't allowing it to play. For example when I first bought the sims 2 it would play and install on my brother's computer but not mine, because mine was older than his. Maybe you just need a new computer.

Just to add to this; I have XP but the game crashed a little to start with. I just had to tone the graphics down a bit since compared to SimCity4000 it takes much more graphic resources. Also I wouldn't recommend playing something else in the background.
