I was installing The Sims Complete Collection and then I had second thoughts so I hit cancel. It took too long to end the program so me being an idiot popped the disc out and used Ctrl+Alt+Delete to end the program. Now I have the files on my computer, I cannot uninstall, nor can I reinstall. I really set myself up due to my stupidity. Is there any way of removing these files and uninstalling the game completely?

I had a similar issue with a mod that I had in TS3 and the very first patch. The patch didn't recognize it and I had to reinstall TS3. Well, the only problem was that it wouldn't let me and the only way was to hunt through the registry. I hate doing that for fear of messing something up. So anyway, I was searching for an easy way to get it uninstalled and found this great program called Revo Uninstaller. Give it a try, it really works, and it's free. It got rid of everything that needed getting rid of.
