That has got to be the best Sims 2 lot I've seen in my entire life of Simming! That's just amazing. There are no other words to describe it. Such detail!!

That guy has a talent for building lots, take a look at this one! It is, of course, another one of his creations though it's not nearly as extravagant.

Holy sh...I won't finish that. That has got to be one of the best lots I have ever seen. The time to build it is one thing, but then to furnish it? Must have taken them forever. At least, I hope it did. I would really hate to think that something that great could be done in just a few hours.
Thanks for sharing with us Sonia!

Some things in that lot are intresting to me, i do agree that the level of detail is just amazing.. stunning really. However it would take me days to walk from one end of the house to the other, its so massive. Given there are a few nice features (i like the rooftop garden in particular) However this lot to me is "fake" as it uses so much Custom Content that it coveres basically what a lot with the sims 2 shoulc/could be. Also the fact that the CC is not included in the file is really strange. So overall to me this looks like a massivly detailed hunk of CC, but hey its just me

Isn't The Sims 2 all about Customization? Isn't that why there is so much Custom Content out there? I don't really think they broke the Sims 2 Lot building law, but I'm not familiar with that. Anywho, I do find that strange. I didn't download it, no. But on the very webpage, it still lists all the Custom Content used. Who knows? Maybe you have them all already.. or maybe you don't!

Perhaps some of the CC he used, breaks MTS2 rules, and he had to omit it for copyrighting purposes.
Some creators are a bit funny about sharing their CC anyhow.
But still, you've got to admit, it's an impressive piece anyway. All that hard work.

That is soooo amazing and beautiful! The guy told that it lasted one month to make this, but I would rather say one year!
