Due to an influx of PM's to CJ we are putting a new rule into place.
From now on, any issues or problems that you might have will no longer be brought to CJ directly. Instead, you may take your issues to a Global Moderator via PM on the forum, not in the chat. That is Vice or Kimikay. If they feel that your issue needs more attention or is a major problem, they will bring the issue to me. If I feel it is a priority issue I will take the problem to CJ myself.
This means that issues sent to CJ by PM will from now on be deleted if they did not come through one of us first.
Also, CJ will no longer be dealing with member issues in the chat. If you PM him in chat about a problem before you have talked to a G-mod or myself, you will not get an answer. It is possible that you could get a kick or even a ban depending on the situation.
The reasons for this is to allow our Admin the ability to take care of the site while the staff takes care of member issues. This will allow us all to make this site run more smoothly and be an even better place for all of us to be.

It has been brought to my attention that this rules is not at all being followed by quite a few members. Please read this again. All Issues go through Gmods or myself and not directly to CJ.
Also, for all of you that have issues with staff including who I hire and who I fire, you need to bring these issues directly to me. CJ is not in charge of the staff. I am. He does not make the call on who gets what jobs here. I do. He is not the one to bring your complaints to, I am. So please, if you have a problem, issue or concern with how I run the staff here at TSC or on the Exchange, please PM me. Any issues brought to CJ via PM will be ignored and deleted.
Our poor admin has quite enough on his plate already with this whole site so please take all of your questions and concerns to the appropriate staff member from now on.Thanks.
